You've got questions, we've got answers!
Here are answers to some of our Frequently Asked Questions:

1. Do I have to be a patient to attend the classes?

While some of the classes are physiotherapy-based, you do not need to be a patient to attend the classes: they are open to everyone!  However, if you are hoping to utilize your physiotherapy benefits for the physio-based classes, we will need to complete an assessment.

2. Do I have to pay separately for the physio-based classes?

No, the physio-based classes are included in the class pass and membership options!

*Because there is no per-session rate associated with the classes under the unlimited membership, a receipt for individual physio classes cannot be issued.

3. I've had an injury and/or have not done physical activity in some time, and I'm not sure where to start. Can you direct me to some appropriate classes?

Definitely!  We are happy to help guide you and come up with a plan for physical activity that will suit your needs.  Reach out to Meghan (PT) via email or text and she will discuss options based on your history and goals!

4. I want to try a class to find the right fit - do you have free classes or trial periods?

Yes! You can try any class for free with code: TRY4FREE at checkout.  Our goal is to find what works for you, so if you try a class and it wasn't quite what you were looking for, we will give you a complimentary class until you do.

Monthly memberships come with a free one-week trial period as well.

5. I've had some not-so-great experiences trying to cancel memberships in other studios in the past - can I cancel at any time if I need to?

Yes! You are in charge of your membership at all times, and can cancel and resume as needed with no questions asked.  Sometimes our life and schedule changes and that's understandable. If you have questions about that process, feel free to reach out.

6. Do you provide private individual and group options for exercise, training, and/or events?

Yes we do! Our instructors have varied backgrounds which might include dance and personal training.  We have done private group dance instruction, personal training for individuals and workplace groups, and youth team programming.  If you have a group that might be interested in private sessions, feel free to reach out and we will customize a plan for you.  Standard private rates are on our "Pricing and Plans" page.

6. Do I have to bring anything to my classes?

Just yourself and a yoga mat if you have one - extras are always available.  If your class requires footwear, please bring a pair of indoor shoes as we try our best to protect the restored wood floors.  You are also welcome to leave a pair of indoor shoes at the studio.
